These terms govern atlblackpride.org and the single, dedicated optional communications program offered by ANGEL X LLC d/b/a ATL Black Pride. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Services and purchases
Event availability, schedules, venues, talent, pricing, and admission requirements may change. Ticket purchases and third-party services may also be subject to the applicable ticketing platform or venue terms.
Optional SMS program
Content: ATL Black Pride event announcements, RSVP and ticket reminders, venue updates, offers, and discounts.
Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, receiving services, or attending events. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You confirm that the mobile number supplied belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide consent for it.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. SMS consent applies solely to the ATL Black Pride messaging program and is not sold, rented, transferred, reused, or shared with affiliates, owned brands, third parties, or other messaging programs.
